As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you build the strategy and execute the implementation to continue bringing top talent to Cortland Partners, one of Atlanta’s top places to work. Leading a team of 10+ recruiters and sourcing professionals, and in partnership with the Marketing team, you are responsible for building an employer brand that attracts and retains the brightest associates the multifamily real estate industry has ever known. You are also expected to build state-of-the-art hiring and development programs like internships, apprenticeships, and work-force reentry. In the past three years, we have grown from 400 to 1,600 associates; in the next three years, our growth will be just as large. It will be up to you to you to design recruiting solutions so we can grow faster, better, and stronger.
