    As a Regional Property Manager, you assist the Director of Operations in leading the operations of a multimillion, multifamily portfolio by improving operational efficiencies and addressing marketing, operational, and people challenges.



    Roles You'll Play



    • Support the Director of Operations with day-to-day projects and assignments
    • Assist with the implementation of corporate and local initiatives
    • Help the Director of Operations in performing onsite quality control by walking community grounds and vacant units
    • Provide suggestions for improving overall efficiencies and processes


    • Oversee the renovation process for acquisitions in your portfolio while also managing your lease-ups
    • Train community teams on the lease-up process, ensure they comply with company standards, and act as their advisor throughout the upgrading process
    • Monitor project progress to make sure renovations are on track with timelines and up to the Director of Operations’ high-quality standards
    • Have a sense of ownership for the success of new developments and acquisitions in the region


    • Think quickly on your feet to resolve any problems that come up on the fly
    • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities to resolve issues and foster a greater sense of teamwork
    • Act as an advisor with change management process
    • Assist with operational efficiencies and help monitor progress

    Your Building Blocks of Success

    • Superior record of 5+ years in property management and 3+ years as Community Manager; lease and renovation experience preferred
    • High school degree or equivalent required; some college preferred
    • Ability to recognize problems and take action to improve a team
    • Demonstrated success working with a diverse workforce
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid customer service
    • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring skills
    • Strong financial management skills; well-versed in budgeting and forecasting
    • CAM and ARM designation; proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software
