    As a Project Executive, you oversee all the new construction, renovation, and capex projects of a multimillion dollar, multifamily portfolio comprised of apartment home communities.


    Roles You'll Play



    • Design master plans for large, fully-functioning communities by performing due diligence, preparing bid packages, completing development plans, ensuring compliance, and meeting building codes
    • Identify, contract with, and manage the right people and companies to do the work
    • Stand behind green initiatives and always seek new ways to construct more energy-efficient apartments
    • Prefer a job that allows you to wear steel-toe boots, hard hats, and work gloves


    • Enjoy the responsibility and rewards that come with managing large accounts
    • Ensure quality deliverables in your projects while meeting agreed-upon time and budgetary restrictions
    • Prepare division and project budgets with aggressive yet attainable goals
    • Maintain a watchful eye over spending by scrutinizing every construction invoice and purchase order request that passes your desk


    • Fearlessly lead the construction division, setting annual departmental goals, communicating performance requirements, monitoring progress, and creating monthly tracking reports
    • Share your wisdom and insights with the team, prioritize their tasks, make sure they follow protocol, and motivate them to go above and beyond the call of duty
    • Recruit new team members, supervise the hiring and training process, and make sure everyone has the tools they need for peak performance
    • Mentor your extended staff, reviewing their progress and motivating them to achieve new heights

    Your Building Blocks of Success

    • Stellar record (10+ years) of real estate experience, specifically in the multifamily construction field
    • Bachelor's or higher degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
    • Solid communication and leadership skills to elevate your relationships with contractors and suppliers
    • Proven and effective project management, negotiation, procurement, budgeting, and estimating skills
    • Analytical problem-solving skills coupled with hiring, training and scheduling proficiency
