    As Talent Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for providing compliance and administrative support to the Talent Resources function and for delivering superior customer service to all associates.

     

    Roles You'll Play


      

    THE DATA EXPERT

    • Manage and audit files and documents
    • Assist with data management in HRIS (UltiPro)
    • Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports
    • Participate in special projects as needed

    THE SUPPORTER

    • Provide quick responses to general Talent Resources questions
    • Expedite final onboarding processes for new hires
    • Communicate associate changes and manage staffing lists
    • Collaborate on cross-functional team projects and assume all other duties as assigned
    • Provide guidance on Talent Resources processes and procedures

    THE LEGAL PROCESSOR

    • Process background checks, drug screens, I-9s (E-Verify), and separation notices
    • Manage associate changes in HRIS (UltiPro)
    • Respond to Department of Labor information requests
    • Provide administrative support to Talent Resources team

    Your Building Blocks of Success


    • Strong 2+ years of HR support experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, business, or related field preferred
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Proactive, service-centered, and team-oriented attitude
    • Exceptional time management, administrative, and organizational skills with ability to thrive in a rapid-paced and quickly changing work environment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and respect for sensitive, confidential subject matter
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software
