    Roles You'll Play


    The Pest Specialist


    • Understand the Household Pest Control (HPC) Integrated Pest Management (IPM) process forwards and backwards
    • Use your impressive bug eradication skills to perform specialized service requests for pest management
    • Know the ins and outs of bug sprays and rodent traps, including the best uses for non-pesticide applications


    The Strategist


    • Manage your time so well you can easily lead pest management support functions on multiple sites in Texas
    • Efficiently schedule program audits, trainings, and quarterly exterior pest service treatments – all while managing the Pest Management Area (PMAT) Support team
    • Provide our residents with a happy living experience by preventing bugs from entering their homes and quickly tackling any insect issues that do arise


    The Educator


    • Get communities in your region up to speed on best pest management practices
    • Show off your deep pest management knowledge by training new Service team members on pest management functions and pesticide application
    • Maintain your own required licensing, and stay up-to-date on the latest pest management techniques



    Your Building Blocks of Success


    • 3-5 years licensed pest control management or equivalent combination of experience and education in Biology, Pest Management, Natural Sciences, Entomology, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources, or similar
    • Certified Operator (CO, DCO, PCO) in TX
    • Well-versed in pest control, pest management, and pesticides
    • Solid time management
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Willing to travel 90% of the time
    • Clean driving record
