    As a Construction Scheduler, you work with the Pre-Construction team to develop and maintain initial schedules and timetables associated with multiple projects in development, inform the Construction team of scheduling issues, and make recommendations for corrective action. 


    Roles You'll Play


    The Problem Solver

    • Monitor and evaluate project schedule progress; identify conflicts and developing issues
    • Analyze critical path and constraints, report variances to project team, and offer guidance and strategies to correct
    • Provide recommendations for schedule improvement based on actual or potential impact of design changes and work performance

    The Researcher

    • Gather and input data and changes to schedule as needed
    • Preform onsite progress reviews at construction sites in all major markets
    • Report schedule status and updates to project stakeholders; interface with stakeholders to discuss analysis and performance

    The People Person

    • Work with field management in identifying potential problems affecting schedules and developing workaround plans
    • Act as a liaison in maintaining exceptional relationships with project teams, A/E, and subcontractors
    • Prepare and maintain the master schedule with the Pre-Construction team and stakeholders

    Your Building Blocks of Success


    • Strong 5-10+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in commercial and multifamily construction
    • Bachelor’s degree in a construction, engineering, or business-related field is preferred
    • Proficiency in baseline scheduling, construction methods, and reporting methodologies
    • Full knowledge of critical path analysis, scope of work, drawings, and specifications
    • Proficiency in CPM, resource loading, coding, and cost accounts
    • Excellent critical thinking skills with a deep sense of accountability and business savvy
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
