  • Ensure through the life of your projects that no detail is left out of place and that every project is completed on time, on budget, and with the utmost skill
  • Produce AIA industry-standard documents and contract documents, process change orders, and analyze tracking sheets
  • Help the Construction Manager with pricing and design tasks, including schematic drawings, 100% construction drawings, specification sheets, and scope/price documents

THE TALENT SCOUT

  • Oversee the procurement of construction services, including contract award and buyout
  • Enjoy searching high and low for valuable employee and contractor additions to your team
  • Manage and inspect contractors’ work, identifying tasks that can be performed safer, cleaner, or more efficiently
  • Create a welcoming space for new team members, ensuring them a smooth ride for the duration of their contract

Our Vision of What Success Looks Like

  • Your projects are completed on time, within budget, at the highest quality, and with a green emphasis.
  • The operational success rate for the projects you manage have never been higher, thanks to your close attention to detail and excellent recommendations for improvement.
  • Investors could not be more thrilled with their returns because your construction and renovation work has added so much value to their assets.

Your Building Blocks of Success

  • Stellar 3+ year record in real estate, specifically in the construction field
  • Proven project management skills for each stage of construction and renovation
  • Solid understanding of due diligence and bidding processes, as well as associated deliverables
  • Deep knowledge of legal contracts, AIA documents, and other related construction draw forms
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and costing skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse array of people
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project) and Timberline
